| For fifteen years I worked for an American
commercial bank in the USA, Europe, Middle East and Africa Since
1990 I have conducted courses and seminars for corporate and other clients in Europe, USA
and Russia. Recent clients include J P Morgan, Price Waterhouse, Corus and Citigroup.
My work is based on extensive research coupled with practical
experience of working in different cultures and multicultural teams. I have lived or done
business of some kind in all the countries I write about.
For example, in 1993 I set up Inbio Ltd, an environmental protection and
remediation company. It imports into the west advanced biotechnology from Russia through
partnerships with Russian and Western companies.
I have an MA from Oxford University in French and German and an MBA
from INSEAD, the European Business School.
